GENDER-RELATED SOCIAL ISSUES

We conduct various outreach sessions across Namibia, with the aim of raising awareness towards gender related social issues, and making healthcare services accessible to the populations that need it.

 

The services that we provide during outreach sessions include:

 

• Social mobilisation

• Health education

• HIV screening and testing

• PrEP initiation, condom and lubricant distribution

• Gender-Based Violence screening

• Post-violence clinical care services

• Addressing intimate partner violence (IPV) in the context of index testing

• Improving the monitoring of GBV prevention and response activities
