Chaze Nalisa

Human Resources Manager

Chaze Nalisa is the Human Resources Manager at IntraHealth Namibia, a position she has held since 1 January 2024. In this role, she leads the organization’s HR function, overseeing areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, performance management, organizational development, and compliance with labor laws. She is dedicated to aligning HR strategies with IntraHealth Namibia’s mission, fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and supportive workplace.

With 14 years of HR experience, including 10 years in supervisory and management roles, Chaze is skilled in developing and implementing HR policies, managing organizational change, facilitating leadership development, and driving employee engagement. Her work has been instrumental in building strong teams and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and staff well-being.

Chaze holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management and Industrial Psychology from the University of Namibia (UNAM), an Honours degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of South Africa (UNISA), and a Master of Commerce in Corporate Governance and Strategic Management from Midlands State University. She also holds a certificate in Occupationally Directed Education, Training, and Development Practices from McCauvlei Academy.

Her contributions to the HR field extend beyond her professional roles. Chaze served on the Board of the Business and Intellectual Property Authority (BIPA) from 2017 to 2021, where she chaired the HR Committee. Additionally, she served on the NAMFISA Consumer Education Committee from 2013 to 2014 and the NUST HR Curriculum Advisory Committee in 2014.

Having worked in diverse sectors such as the financial industry, academia, and fast-moving consumer goods, Chaze brings a versatile and strategic perspective to human resources. She is passionate about empowering teams, driving organizational growth, and ensuring HR practices align with best standards and organizational goals.
