Our Approach
Strategic Partnerships for Lasting Health Impact
Behind our Impact
Our approach guides how we plan, collaborate, and deliver sustainable health outcomes. IntraHealth Namibia delivers self-reliant health solutions through strategic partnerships, evidence-based interventions, and community-centred approaches. We work hand in hand with the government, communities, and international partners.
Who Makes Our Work Possible

Populations we Support
IntraHealth Namibia delivers tailored programmes to meet the diverse health needs of Namibia’s communities:
Adolescent Girls & Young Women (AGYW)
Young women aged 10-24 receive comprehensive prevention, reproductive health services, and empowerment support through youth-friendly corners and school-based programmes.

People at High Risk
We work with people at elevated risk of HIV - including sex workers, men who have sex with men, and people who inject drugs - providing tailor-made services, peer navigation, and treatment support.
Men and Boys
Through MenSTAR and other initiatives, we engage men as partners in HIV prevention, encourage testing, link HIV-positive men to treatment, and promote healthy masculinities. Pregnant and Breastfeeding Women (PBFW).
We support women through pregnancy and breastfeeding with HIV testing, treatment optimisation, viral load monitoring, and mother-to-child transmission prevention.

Caregivers and Families
Our Caregiver Clubs provide education, peer support, and practical skills to families caring for loved ones with HIV and TB.
