IntraHealth Namibia improves health outcomes across 12 regions
Collaborative Efforts For Sustainable Community Development
By delivering evidence-based HIV, TB, reproductive health, and community services. Our work combines strong partnerships, fit-for-purpose technology, and proven public health expertise.

1. HIV & TB Services
We partner with the Ministry of Health and Social Services to advance national HIV and TB priorities. Our approach integrates prevention, care, and treatment with robust data systems to ensure no one is left behind. By combining community engagement with cutting-edge tools, we help reduce disease burden and improve quality of life.
2. People at High Risk
IHN leads efforts to protect and empower people at high risk of acquiring HIV in Namibia. Through tailored programs, we expand access to prevention and treatment, strengthen data-driven decision-making, and advocate for life-saving health policies. Our work ensures that every individual—regardless of circumstance—has the opportunity to thrive.
3. Adolescent Girls & Young Women
We believe in the power of young women to shape healthier futures. Our programs provide comprehensive services, from HIV testing and PrEP to reproductive health and empowerment initiatives. By addressing barriers and creating safe spaces, we help adolescent girls and young women make informed choices and achieve their full potential.
4. Innovation & Health Care Systems
IHN is redefining health care delivery through technology and system strengthening. From developing digital platforms like ePMS Quantum to supporting human resource planning, we create solutions that make health systems smarter, more efficient, and more responsive. Our innovations are designed to scale and sustain impact across Namibia and beyond.
5. Community Support Services
Our Caregiver Clubs in Maltahöhe, Aranos, and //Kharas provide vital support to families affected by HIV and TB. Through education sessions, peer support, and practical training, caregivers gain knowledge and confidence to support their loved ones’ treatment journey.
